Why did I create this Website?
I don't like to expose my life publicly but after an extensive communication with this business, I've came across a multitude of complaints, stories and feedbacks from people all over the world in many different platforms so I've decided to share my own experience in order to, perhaps, centralise those information and make them available to the business as constructive feedback as well as making their decision making team aware of the brand reputation damage that has an increasingly negative impact/trust within their customer's community.

This website was not created in order to obtain any financial gains nor to threaten/blackmail any manufacturer nor distributor/independent retailers. I have no affiliation with any associated business that are part of Mammotion Group nor any retailers/stores that are partners with said brand. I am an independent individual sharing my personal experiences and hoping to get more customers to come forward after what I've experience during my email exchange.
What evidences do I have to support my experience?
The evidence collection started from the moment that I've purchased my Luba 3 AWD 3000 online and, unintentionally, became my only way to navigate this process without being questioned about the veracity of the information, documentation and claims that I've been putting forward.
